People go to jail because they’ve been arrested, a trial happens later and determined guilt or innocence and then they get released or go to prison. I Said Goddamn. In the mean time people who may well have committed no crime sit in jail because they are poor.
I Said Goddamn

It’s being explained to you in this post. I Said Goddamn. Poor people disproportionately go to jail because they can’t post bond. That doesn’t even begin to tap into the reality that the legal system is incredibly biased towards the poor. Actually they should. The entire point of bond is that there is something significant on the line ensuring you don’t skip town. If you have nothing to lose, what stops you from leaving? Actually, statistics from activities like The Bail Project show that most people show up for court if a set of low-level reminders, like text messages, are employed. Much cheaper for the counties than housing unconvicted people until trial. You really need to go back to school, I won’t even tell you why, because I wouldn’t want to expose your lack of education, go and read a few books. I wouldn’t know I have never been to, nor wish to go to America, it looks like a bit of dump to me, I’d rather stay here where we look after people and not big corporations. What a dumb wit comment. Most Irish have never been or have to desire to go to America, thanks very much. Some people clearly didn’t watch the video and it shows. It’s about people accused of crimes without evidence. It literally says it in the caption. And if you’re financially stable and not a person of colour, even more insulting to comment.
