And you’d also be pleasantly surprised at how making those efforts can help overcome some of the anxiety. It feels scary at first, but slowly, you find out how much worth it is. We can always make the excuses to not get out there. At the end of the day, the only one cheating yourself out of beautiful experiences is you. Whether you do new things alone or with a friend, it’s worth it! Invest in yourself. You’ll find that alot of the things you tell yourself will happen, alot of the anxiety, is from some perceived notions..some of it maybe not. But overall, you can’t allow yourself to stay stuck in it. You have to make yourself get out of it to breathe. Believe me, speaking from experience
