United States is ranked 37 so obviously what we have now is not working. I am not supporting Bernie Sanders in the primary but I will gladly vote for him should he be the nominee. I don’t think Sanders is an election liability either for president or downballot except for one or two Senate races. My real concern with Sanders is with some of his surrogates and that none of his policies will pass Congress even with Dems in control of both houses. Other candidates have progressive policies that can actually pass so I worry a Sanders candidacy could be wasted and accomplish nothing. Even if he has to compromise and settle for a public option where people can buy into Medicare instead of their freaking scam private insurance we still come out ahead.
