I‘d take more out at those people’s kitchens than at any fast food restaurant‘s where there are more than 10 different people doing less for hygiene. 19 Years Of Fast & Furious 2001 2020. Have you ever been in a restaurant kitchen ?
19 Years Of Fast & Furious 2001 2020
I was a chef in England for over 30 years and our health checks were rigorous. Towards the end of our time when we had deliveries we had to check temp. Inside delivery vans. We had spot checks at least once a month un announced. 19 Years Of Fast & Furious 2001 2020. We all had to go on a course and sit a health and Hygiene exam and get a certificate(I’ve still got mine!) So you don’t have to tell me anything about kitchens and hygiene. What I was trying to get at was have they been checked or do they just do it and not tell anyone! Your right they have very strict rules also for Home Cooking to sell…. The back splashes have to be stainless steel sealed properly… The kitchen workspace had to be a certain size.. On and on go the requirements.. So much so a friend wasn’t allowed to work from home as it didn’t meet the requirements. I do not see anything wrong with it. It’s probably cleaner than some restaurants. A Food Hygiene Certificate is essential. What about an insurance for liabilities? You need to be protected just in case. Hope they have an insurance in case something goes wrong with the food hygiene department. Last I heard, one must use a community kitchen for making food to sell. Also, I wouldn’t consume food from home cooks not having a Servsafe certificate. I don’t mean to sound so negative, but better safe than sorry.
